Community College Transfer Scholars Fund
There is a growing need to financially suppport students transferring from Maryland’s community colleges to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree at an independent 4-year college in Maryland. The Independent College Fund of Maryland (the I-Fund) responded to this need by creating the Community College Transfer Scholars Fund (CCTSF).
We established the CCTSF to provide assistance crucial to a growing population of qualified students at community colleges in Maryland who face financial barriers in transferring to one of the independent 4-year colleges.
Criteria:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Financial Need
- Students must possess an A.A., A.S. or A.A.T. degree from an accredited Maryland community college.
- Meet admission criteria and be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at
an I-Fund member college for Fall semester of upcoming academic year - Minimum GPA: 3.0
