	“Welcome, Writing and Wrap Up” Date: August 9, 2011 at GBC Workshop Agenda: Welcome new freshman to program, introduce mentors to their mentees and introduction to resume writing.

News:
	The Program celebrated its Senior Graduates at M&T Bank on June 14, 2011. Scholars were treated to an evening with program supporters in celebration of their recent success as members of the 2011 graduation class.
	Future plans among this year's graduating class range widely from graduate school and full-time employment to realizing a teaching position in Thailand.
	Congratulations 2011 Graduates Brandon Demory (Johns Hopkins University), Keauna Fullard (Hood College), Christopher Robinson (Loyola University Maryland) and Amina Utley (Notre Dame of Maryland University).
